The reception staff were not friendly at all. I felt very uncomfortable and felt like i was not wanted in a place that i had gone to for help. It is a hospital and people should be treated with care and compassion, especially in the antenatel department. I felt like the reception staff lacked the common manners needed when dealing with members of the public. There were many other patients who felt the same and one patient had walked out with his wife after getting very bad treatment and said he was changing his hospital. So i am not alone in my views about the staff in this section and believe the staff should be reviewed thoroughly.
